- Canal front home in a private gated community with dock and intercoastal access. 3bed/2bath with a heated pool and spa. Beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. Indoor/outdoor living with 4 sets of sliding glass doors opening onto lanai. Big screen television in living-room with surround sound and each bedroom has a television as well. High definition cable with wireless internet.
Fishing or manatee viewing from the dock is a short walk out the back lanai. Ride your bike (several provided in the garage) to the beach or Dearborn Street to the village. A double kayak is available as well as floats for the pool and a Ping pong table. Full laundry in house. Many Gulf courses and tennis available nearby.
