Ideal snowbird getaway home located in the amenity rich 55+ community of Lemon Bay Isles in Englewood. Only 3 miles to the beaches of Manasota Key. Slow-paced and pristine– Manasota Key is the Florida island of your dreams. There is no shortage of personal space and fresh salty air.
Enjoy watersports on the Gulf, Lemon Bay and Myakka River. Don't miss the spectacular Gulf sunsets.
Englewood is uniquely nestled in the heart of the Florida Suncoast- just a short drive to Venice, Sarasota and Naples.
The four month rental period is December 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. Minimum 90 night stay. Rent includes all utilities, basic living essentials, and use of all community amenities. Leave the harsh winter weather behind and escape to Paradise.
