SurgeInTime - Englewood Isles

Perfectly located in the upscale community of Englewood Isles this lovely home is midway between Manasota and Englewood Beach. Great location for the beaches, easy access to drive up the Venice or go down to historic Dearborn St.
Close to shopping and restaurants.
On entry the home is very welcoming and comfortable. There are two living rooms with nice sofas, cocktails tables and family room has flat screen tv.
The kitchen is open plan and is fully equipped with stainless appliances, including french door refrigerator, corian countertops and wood cabinets.
Dining area with table and 6 chairs which overlooks the covered lanai and pool area.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites with their own bathrooms - both on opposite sides of the house, very spacious and beautifully furnished. 
There is a third guest bedroom with a bunk bed, comprising of queen on bottom and twin on top.
Further third bathroom which also lead to the pool area.
Beautiful flee-flowing pool which is solar heated and is surrounded by nice landscaping.
Outdoor sofa in the corner of pool area with gas propane fire pit to enjoy in the evening.
Couple of nice Adirondacks at the front - great place to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the world go by.

Friendly and safe

We had a wonderful time place is great…pool area was unkept we spruced it up and enjoyed it….inside was dusty it needs a place for heat/ac filters. Thank you we had a nice stay
