"I booked for a 3 night stay, however I was only able to stay the 1st (as I had driven 6hrs to my destination) the room was very damp, toilet and tub needed service. I did go out a buy cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself, which did not help the dampness or the smell. The sheets on the bed smell of bleach and the bed itself wasn’t comfortable, as I have bad allergies and struggled to make it work for the night. I checked out the following morning @9:30am.. I lost money on the stay and decided to end my trip early! I think some updated pictures of the current property and a few updates would better service travelers interested in staying at this location"

"We’ve trusted Expedia for well over 15 years. We booked Pensacola B&B during graduation week primarily for the excellent location within walking distance of the Pensacola Bay Center and restaurants. Unfortunately, the location was the only positive part of our stay. Upon arrival, our keys were left in an envelope on the front door with no greeting, orientation, or communication about the property. While the listing does disclose that the bathroom is private but not attached to the room, it was not clear that it was located across the hallway and adjacent to a shared sitting area, making it feel far less private than expected. “Victoria’s Room” was tiny, cluttered, and poorly maintained. The window AC unit was dirty, the room smelled dusty and moldy, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows and bedding appeared worn and stained. Both my husband and I experienced coughing and congestion during our stay. The bathroom was in poor condition with mildew, cracks in the tub/shower area, and very low-quality toiletries. The refreshments consisted of stale lemon bread and bargain sodas, with no bottled water provided. The overall atmosphere felt awkward and unwelcoming. Based on our experience, we cannot understand the many glowing reviews. Had it not been graduation week with limited lodging options, we would have left and stayed elsewhere."

"We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance."

"May 13th-15th 2026 Appearance from the outside is very appealing. Was welcomed when I 1st walked up to check in Katrina was very hospitable she gave the Hubby & I a goodie bag with peanut butter & cheese nabs (nostalgic reminded me of my childhood as those were & are my dads favs), a granola bar & 2 bottles of water! There were also complimentary goodies like sleeping eye masks & earplugs thankfully we didn't need the earplugs as we had a nice quiet, comfy stay! So sweet & thoughtful of you guys to offer that as I can imagine it can get rather noisy on the weekends! Icing on the cake on day 2 when we were heading back to our room from the cruise Katrina remembered us & asked how we were doing & how our stay is going! I loved her personality! The lobby was nice & the complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of things to choose from! We stayed in the Studio King Suite room was clean & comfortable, the Kitchen has a full sized freezer fridge combo, microwave & stove top to cook in or on if you'd like! They aslo had pots, mixing bowls, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, toaster, knives, serving utensils, silverware, deep sink, dish rags ~n~ dish soap! Bathroom was spacious loved the walk in tub with the sliding glass door! Bed was comfy & pillows were fluffy! Forgot to take pictures of the room on the first day so the perfectly made bed had already been slept in haha! They have a pool outside with a lift which I love & the patio area was perfect with a firepit & grill!"
