Great location! Overall the hotel was fine, but I did get stuck on a few minor details. The room didn’t have an iron or enough “closet” space for two people on a three night stay. The shower door was difficult to secure as water seeped out during showers and we had to use the mat more for puddle control. They staff was friendly and accommodating. And we also got a discount for parking in a nearby structure so that was also appreciated.

Parking is underground and the ramps are very tight. There is no wheelchair parking space outside the hotel and you have to go down many floors to find an accessible space. Bar staff were lovely and the bar stayed open late to offer coffee etc.

"Checkin rubbish had to phone up and i dont speak soanish. Luckily somebody else dud. Key left in an envelope when i got through the door Cold shower but this was put right once the manager came.
