Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr großzügig geschnitten mit vielen Schlafplätzen. Es gibt ein Bad ohne Fenster welches sich nicht abschließen lässt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind zwar vorhanden, riechen jedoch nach Rauch.Durch die alten Fenster und nicht durchgängig funktionierende Heizung war es im Winter zeitweise, vorallem Nachts sehr kalt und sehr sehr laut (zentrale Lage). Mit Baby und Kleinkind nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.Um in die Wohnung zu gelangen muss man viele Treppen steigen, Kinderwagen lässt sich im Treppenhaus nicht abstellen oder müsste die vielen Treppen hoch getragen werden...Es stand eine Waschmaschine im Flur welche jedoch nicht funktionstüchtig war. Auf Anfrage hieß es, die Wohnung wird bald renoviert und die Waschmaschine danach angeschlossen. Fußböden und Bad waren sehr sauber, unter den Betten und auf den Fußleisten war es jedoch sehr staubig (mit Krabbelbaby achtet man auf so etwas). Parkplatz gibt es nicht, man kann nur zum Be- und Entladen kurz halten.Insgesamt 3 von 5 Sternen.F
