"Dinner and breakfast and coffee drinks were very good... I also liked the signage in the room and elsewhere, very modern and humorous... The rooms and hotel are modern, clean and in good shape... The staff are friendly and knowledgable...I loved that I could walk 5 or 10 minutes and be at the CDG airport...I love Citizen M! "

"Airport shuttle was on time and easy. Breakfast buffet was delicious and vast! Quiet rooms. Free water in room. Cute lobby and bar."

"Mini fridge did not work needed for medicine told there was not one working fridge. Restaurant service was absolutely terrible. Club level had no alcohol and the food was significantly worse than on other visits"

"Not a fancy hotel but the room was clean, the breakfast buffet was good with gluten free options and restaurant in evening offered a reasonable selection of items and they provided an allergen guide."

"Breakfast was weak. Shower design meant Easter went everywhere. Carpets were dirty. Good location. Nice staff."

"The floors are dirty, chipped paint on the walls, scuff marks all over the walls. Bed was comfortable. Staff seemed to have a hidden hatred for anyone making extra requests."

"We got a smallish room in a standard layout. It was sufficient for one night but not more than that. This hotel has a central ironing room for each floor. That's a good idea, especially given the smallish rooms, but the equipment was well maintained. The iron made a lot of noise as steam escaped every but on the clothes and the board cover kept falling off making it difficult to iron. The hotel has a decent food and beverage program that is reasonably priced. While the beds are comfortable the pillows are not, so sleep quality is sub-par. All in all, a relatively good place for a flight layover."

"I worked for The Walt Disney Company for 39 years, so I am very familiar with Disneyland and have traveled to Walt Disney World a few times. Your hotel was lovely and we loved the two Parks though we were not able to spend a lot of time at the "Studio" Park. We definitely would like to return to Paris to do so many things we were not able to squeeze into our trip and then come back to Disneyland Paris. Fingers crossed -"
