It was nice being so close to the parks,the hotel was nice but wouldn’t give it 4 stars more a 3 star, it’s a huge hotel and so busy, the reception was constant chaos as was the restaurant at breakfast, the room seemed clean but had a weird smell we only stayed 2 nights so put up with it, we felt the rooms needed an update and a good spruce !

The decor needs updating... the wallpaper in the room was peeling and there was a large area of chipped paint on the wall behind the toilet seat. For the price and rating, you would expect the rooms to be in much better condition. It was clean though. The staff were friendly, concierge was very helpful. A very busy hotel and always lots going on in reception, but we requested a quiet room so they put us well away from the busy areas which was good. Walkable to the parks and pretty outside.

We had an amazing stay at the Disney Newport Bay Hotel within walking distance to Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The interior decor in the rooms looked dated (two superior rooms were booked for this stay) and could be cleaner.

Staff all very attentive, and all areas very clean and tidy. The hotel is a little dated in areas, and definitely isn't up to current 4 star standards (Art of Marvel is also 4* but clearly more modern/up to current standard). Bedroom decent enough size, but bathroom again feels incredibly dated and shower was poor water pressure. Would rather opt for an off-site hotel if on the same budget but this was an additional night stay where we felt an additional night at Marvel would break our budget!

What a beautiful Hotel. All the staff are amazing. Couldn’t be more friendly. Hotel security checks make you feel safe. Located very close to Disneyland. Fast efficient FREE bus service. Early morning bag drop sp you can head straight to the parks. We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

Great Disney hotel within walking distance to both parks and Disney shops and restaurants. With a club room you get access to their lounge which was great for breakfast and for afternoon tea time.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a Disneyland visit. Close enough to walk. Breakfast was fantastic in the smaller Club room. The Club room was also a great place to take a small break from Disney.

Hotel was beautifully presented. The rooms were clean and had just enough Disney touches without being over the top. Staff were friendly and helpful in the reception during check in. We loved being able to walk to and from the park in 10-15 mins.

We have stayed here a few times now and it is getting a little tired but it is still very clean. Staff were very polite and friendly. Easy walk to the parks. Breakfast was busy but we didn’t wait for more than 2 mins for a table.
