Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

très mauvaise gestion, surbooking me suis retrouvée sans logement

jusqu'à 1h avant notre arrivée l'hôte nous souhaite la bienvenue et nous dit nous attendre sur place, arrivée à destination personne nous apprenons par le restaurant voisin que la villa est déjà occupée et louée à d'autres personnes, on nous demande de patienter que l'on va nous trouver un autre logement pour 2 jours avant d'avoir notre villa, un scandale c'est inadmissible de pas assumer ses erreurs de s'en excuser et de nous aider à trouver une solution, je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement c'est un mensonge de A à Z1ere fois que je vis cette expérience à Djerba et pourtant j'y vais depuis des années
