Holiday Home 'Casa Il Butto' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Balcony

Casa Il Butto is a detached house with a shared garden, located in the historic center of Erve, a few kilometers from Lake Como. Once used as a barn, it was completely renovated between 2023 and 2024 by Stefania and Lorenzo and is now cozy and ideal for hosting families and small groups seeking fresh air and tranquility at the foot of Mount Resegone.

Casa Il Butto is structured on 2 floors is can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of a well-equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave and other appliances, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and a living room with a sofa bed.

The second floor has a private balcony for evening relaxation.

It is a baby friendly house, with cribs, accessories, books and toys for toddlers for free use. Families with children are therefore welcome!

The house is surrounded by nature and does not have Wi-Fi. While TV is included among the services offered. There is no need for air conditioning, just open the window to enjoy the pleasure of sleeping naturally cool.

Free street parking is available.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking and parties are not permitted.
