Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Walking distance of the restaurant that we had booked Huge, very comfortable bed Good cooked to order breakfast Helpful reception staff Luggage storage after checkout The balcony Very basic compared to other 4 star hotels that we have stayed in in Liverpool, bathrobes, however, no bottles of water, shower cap, tissues, conditioner No welcome drinks/ cocktails on check in Only sufficient towels for one person when there was 2 of us The panels between rooms on the balcony were missing on one side, so lack of privacy The hand held part of the shower did not work No air con, fan looked like it should have been in a museum! Most disappointing of all was that the stay was to celebrate my 60th birthday and despite informing the hotel of this on booking, no acknowledgement of this at all. Yes, it was very noisy as a Saturday night and also Pride. Did not bother us as could not hear any noise once balcony doors shut
