"We had a lovely stay here and the majority of the staff especially the bar and entertainment staff were excellent - unfortunately had a poor welcome to the hotel arriving very late in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay. We had no help with our bags, couldn’t find our room and we’re not able to get milk for our toddler.
