Spacious Artist’s Loft Duplex

Enjoy a vast living room with a ping-pong table, opening onto a garden with outdoor seating and beautiful trees. The property is ideally located near all shops, including a medical center and pharmacy just a 5-minute walk away. Tennis and padel courts, cycling paths, hiking trails, and the sea are only 15 minutes away on foot.

This fully equipped loft features a modern kitchen and bright spaces. You’ll enjoy peace and comfort for a family of four, with a whirlpool bathtub for relaxation, a TV, and a large shaded terrace under plane trees. The house is unique. Industrial-style air conditioning ensures the perfect temperature. Large glass doors let in the bright southern French light.

The upstairs bedroom has two 90 cm single beds that can be joined. On the ground floor, the second bedroom offers a 180 cm double bed. The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms.

You’ll have access to the entire property. The neighboring house is a manor, but the spaces are completely separate, so you can enjoy your stay in total privacy.

The pool is open from May to October.
