I loved how well maintained and clean the hotel was. Everything felt in great condition, and the customer service was very good and attentive. The location is perfect if you’re visiting Madrid as a tourist and want to explore the city center, since it’s right on Gran Vía, close to the Capitol building, shopping areas, and many other attractions. Before booking, I had read some reviews mentioning street noise, but once you close the shutter it’s actually well insulated. Of course, you’re in the heart of Madrid, so there’s some city buzz, but nothing disturbing. Overall, a great stay!

I would stay here again. It is walking distance to Principe Pio train station and Plaza de Espana. Note that it is on an incline.

We had such a wonderful experience here, the staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant and courteous. The room was a perfect fit for us (very clean and neat) the rooftop and downstairs lounge area were such a cool vibe. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel is in the perfect spot to experience the city of Madrid. Couldn’t have been happier.

Room was clean, we had bottled water, clean sheets and towel, however bathroom in fact of being clean always had a bad smell. But other than that everything good, well located
