The proximity to all the things we love was great. Elevators were fast! Staff very helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed the coffee shop and lounge at 7:00 while the rest of my crew slept. Would stay there again. Only concern…low water pressure in shower.

Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the room was super small. No kiosk to scan barcode at although my email stated they had one so I had to wait in line to check in. A bit noisy in the morning. Enough to wake me out my sleep.
