"The staff was super nice. Our room had obviously not been cleaned well but it wasn’t horrible. The power was out for like 2/3 days which isn’t their fault really but was awful to go through. House keeping just didn’t come some days. Pool was nice and there are some chairs by the pool. Breakfast was super basic- bagels, muffins, cereal, granola bars but we enjoyed it. Seems like a small family owned business which I would rather support than the big corporations but not having any back up for the power made me rethink that. There is a super cute cat, caption jacks, he was friendly and hung out on the deck while we ate breakfast and was walking around a ton which was nice as cat lovers."

"Very poor check-in, arrival process at 8 pm. Most things closed, Main Lobby a 15 minute walk away from the ferry arrival location. They need to have staff at the desks near the ferry to help with check-in and check-out. But overall a very nice resort with good beach and pool and good taxi service. Food options are pretty good but service is slow in the evenings. Like the ease of the ferry/shuttle service to and from the resort/airport. Appreciate the washer/dryer and the supplies provided with the room. Nice landscaping and love the iguanas and chickens!"

"Had a great stay at the Margaritaville St. Thomas. The property was beautiful, clean & well maintained. My room was great & had additional amenities such as a kitchen, dishwasher, plates, silverware, sofa bed, patio etc.. The room was very spacious for my child and I. They are close to the local beach & has several pool options. The on site restaurant food was very good & there is a convenient store/coffee shop also online. I appreciate that. I would definitely visit again."

"This place is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and make sure you feel welcomed at all times of the day. From the moment you enter the gate until the second you leave, you feel well taken care of. Also there are many amenities available. We enjoyed kayaking and hanging out on the beach and by the pool. There are many activities at the beach included in your room purchase that make it very worth it. We were happy not leaving the resort much at all."
