"Cute, clean, beachside inn. Will definitely be back!"

"I love Matanza. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything. I enjoyed sitting on the canal/bay and seeing all the wildlife, especially Manatee! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was perfect!"

"Wonderful little place to stay...close to the beach! Staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"Very nicely decorated and great location."

"Awesome place, would stay again!"

"Overall the place was fine, nice location & within walking distance to Santini Plaza for food or shopping. In the room itself - the tile floor could've used a deeper clean as some spots are black, the blinds were broken so you couldn't turn them, the ceiling fan was wobbly, the shower light would turn on and off by itself. You're paying for location, if the unit was anywhere else it wouldn't of been worth the price we paid for Spring Break."

"Excellent place will be returning very soon"

"The apartment was clean and ready for us early. Communication with the host was fantastic. Would stay here again"

"Close to the beach, clean rooms, great covered balcony (no screens). Had a power outage after a storm and the lock on the door would not work correctly. Called the emergency number, as it was after hours, and was greeted by staff immediately. Within a short time the staff member was at the door and fixed the lock. Great service! Super friendly staff."

"Great experience, very nice place close to everything!"
