"The room was comfortable and clean. Next time I really want to stay in the main hotel, that’s the only surprise you don’t realize when booking. We were in a smaller building across the street by the bay side but still beautiful and staff were extremely nice and friendly and the rooftop restaurant was awesome and the beach was so clean and beautiful! So no complaints at all from us!"

"The room was clean and updated, we did found a couple of bugs in the room, the rest of the hotel was outdated and we had issues getting new towels in the room and we had made a reservation for the restaurant with the front desk staff who never shared this info with the restaurant, so when we showed up we did not have a reservation. The staff seemed more interested in talking with other staff than helping the guest."
