"Beautiful accommodations. Host gave great directions and answered all questions. Loved it and will likely book again. "

"The property is in desperate need of repair. We were messaged regarding the upstairs patio stairs being " missing " shortly before we checked in. The obvious hole in the patio roof and exposed concrete/ rebar was quite interesting.The individual ac units ( 1 per bedroom and 1 in main living room) all leaked and/ or made atrocious sounds. The ceiling has obvious water damage throughout the entire home. The beachfront patio ceiling is rotted away completely and has missing light/ fans with exposed wires exposed. The patio chair was broken, blender broken, and shower heads so corroded that only a trickle of water escaped. The price point for a 3 bedroom beachfront home was only 145 so our expectations were low however this home needs to be taken off of rental listing and repaired."

"Great stay"

"The unit itself was impeccable, communications easy. Wished it had cotton bedding instead of microfiber, but otherwise happy with the linens. Beds were too firm for me but likely perfect for others. Hot tub on the deck is great and great bathtub in the master with a nice large separate shower. Toaster oven, no toaster, blender, no gridle. Towels for beach and separate ones for bathing. Amazing view from the balcony. The resort is very quiet, end of the road literally. The pool is missing tiles and a lot of the property needs fresh coat of paint and some upkeep. Very few employees but those there are pleasant. Quiet part of community. You pass by the beautiful new Walmart to get to the resort. Parking underground. The Resort is beside a large sand dune. Lots of jeeps, and sand rails rolling up and down the beach. Didn't have any people selling things along the beach like some of the resorts I have stayed at."

"Our group had an amazing time at the Pool House, the setup was perfect for multiple families. Lots of communal space to be all together but plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location is incredible, lots of beach access and the neighborhood felt safe. Communication with the host was fantastic and she really went out of our way to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back. "

Kitchen was well stocked, the outdoor tub was clean and in good working order, there's three kayaks available along with a full closet of beach amenities. A great fit for our family in a beautiful location."
