"I cannot tell you how wonderful this property is/was! We truly loved our time here. House is great ! Beach front was wonderful - lots and lots of sand - yes it was a little rocky - hence the name Rocky Pointe - rocks were walkable without water shoes. Bring your suits, beach towels, drinks and food - you will need nothing else ! Javier was fabulous ! We got out of Phoenix late so he stayed till we got there which was later than closing time- please tell your family “thank you “!!"

"We had a wonderful time and will be back. The location was perfect, the views spectacular, the home was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very attentive. We had an issue getting the BBQ to work, they came right away and fixed it! We highly recommend this home and alps love that we could bring our two dogs."

"Gary's home was absolutely perfect for six people ranging in ages from 18 to 86. The easy entry, walk-in shower, single level, and large shaded patio was great for my dad, who has mobility challenges. The set up was great - we never felt crowded, and the kitchen had everything we needed. And the beautiful touches - such as the domed bricked ceiling in the kitchen and the bird tiles - made it feel special. And wow - being right on the ocean was amazing. Bring water shoes so you can check out the amazing tide pools! Gary's property manager Javier checked in with us after arrival to make sure everything was good and checked in at the end of our trip, too. Gary was super responsive, check-in was a breeze, directions were clear. Highly recommend!"
