He allowed me an early check-in and gave me a complimentary hot drink and Natasha was very caring giving me a smell spray, because I people were smoking one morning. There's no isolation at all, you can hear people's phone, people having sex, talking, moving furniture, banging doors... Central, but unpleasant location. Cleaning could be better, but the housekeeping and staff made the best they could."
