"Old style hotel with historic architecture, one block from the waterfront. Staff were all excellent and on point. The building is from a bygone era, so entries, stairwell, and lighting are not the most modern, particularly if you are expecting a Marriott or Hilton with a Starbucks in the lobby. Great service, outdoor area, restaurant, and clean."

"This hotel was perfect!! The neighborhood is called Santos and it is great for a more quiet ambiance, however still close to everything you would want to do in Lisbon. The hotel itself was so charming and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were all incredibly helpful and always very sweet and welcoming ready to assist at all times. The garden is absolutely beautiful and great for a coffee break or breakfast. They also always have coffee/tea and AMAZING pastries like pastel de nata that...

"Very nice, clean and quiet (after 10-11pm) boutique hotel one street off of Rossio Square in central Lisbon, walking distance to many of the city’s best attractions and restaurants. Just be aware there are stairs up one story to the lobby and a very tight/slow elevator to most rooms. The rooftop lounge and restaurant are great options for drinks and dinner. Nice full buffet breakfast was included in the nightly rate."
