We wanted to stay in Old Town or Chiado and loved 9Hotel Mercy. The rooms are modern, clean, while appointed. The breakfast bar is really really good. The staff are the star point, they are so friendly and helpful. Who will definitely stay there again if I have the chance. LA

I really liked this hotel. It had everything I needed and was excellent for the price. Room was impeccably clean and there was a really nice shower. Bed was comfortable. The only disappointing thing was that the rooftop bar was not open. Solid 4 star hotel option for a great price.

Great location and a very nice staff who were kind enough to lend us umbrellas for a rainy day of touring. We enjoyed two lovely breakfasts and the rooftop bar service was excellent as well and the rooftop view was very nice.

This is a lovely hotel, ideally located near shopping and restaurants. Our room was spotless and hugely spacious for a suite. The bed was comfortable. Our room had its own balcony with seating and lovely views, and we were right next to the rooftop bar, which also had wonderful views. Overall, a terrific hotel and we’d definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Staff was really helpful and Tiago had great food suggestions. Whole staff was helpful and very friendly. Rooms were good size but needed more electrical outlets in the room. All in all it was. great vacation.

Perfect to explore Bairro Alto and beyond

Lovely hotel in the great location in Bairro Alto district. Nice rooms with excellent facilities. The rooftop bar is pretty cool with views across the city and the water. The limited food and drink I had were also excellent. Add the brilliant and friendly staff made my stay special.
