"the area around the property feels very unsafe. Heard gun shots through the night and there were a lot of homeless and transient people in the parking lot and surrounding area. Staff was kind and helpful as much as they could’ve but the hotel itself feels very run down and unclean."

"It was very clean, and updated. The shuttle was on time, and the driver was very nice and helpful especially to older couple. He told them how to get to the their terminal due to construction. "

"Great location. This hotel is walking distance from many fabulous restaurants and bars. We loved the location. We enjoyed having drinks at the bar in the hotel. The room was nice. The pool, while not large, was nice. The only reason I didn’t mark it as excellent was the WiFi connection was pretty spotty and housekeeping only came once during our 4 nights. They came one other day and left some new towels, but that was it."
