Our room was super clean, staff was super friendly, location was very convenient! This was our first time in the area so I was nervous on what to expect but honestly everything turned out great! Will consider staying here again in the near future

The manager threatened to cancel my reservation because she heard me say, "come on" on the camera. I told her I didn't have a problem and she shoved her phone up saying she heard me. Again the only thing I said was "come on"! She escalated it and refused to let it go until I told her she was triggering ...
