"Nice rooms and friendly staff. No kettle and AC didn’t always work. Quite far and expensive to get to Venice’s centre."

"In the evenings there are 3 restaurants with a nice variety. Also, room service. We went to restaurant on the second floor and were seated and given menus BUT when we wanted to order we were told we had to leave and go eat in the restaurant on the first floor. Very Rudely told. there were other people sitting there eating...no explanation just we don't serve that here.... maybe it was the time...but why give us a menu that you aren't serving. The down stair restaurant is more for evening dining and more expensive meals. Was not expended. Even a smile would have helped or an explanation. We speak perfect spanish so wasn't lost in translation. Otherwise an amazing hotel. Clean and comfortable. Reception was amazing. Also so thankful for the shuttle bus, although not easy to find section G at the airport. No signs on the inside. We were quike a group of confused people worried we were waiting in the wrong spot. "

"Only one pillow per guest. I asked for a second one at the desk and she said they do not have any to give out. I am a two pillow sleepers. She made no effort to help me out. "

"We went in the middle of a refurb, very basic space. Great location for getting around and plenty of stuff near by"

"Very clean, well kept, very kind and helpful staff! Breakfast was good and fresh but we only ate there once and bar service was great! I missed having coffee or tea in my room, they have a galley on each floor with supplies for coffee and tea but it was a ways from our room! No ice machine either but they had soda in a vending machine! So it’s just the in room coffee/tea that I would have liked to have! It was a lovely place & we’d stay there again!! "
