All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can ask them with directions and tours. The location is the best. Very centrally located. Very clean as well. The only thing is that the taxi will not take you to the front of the hotel because it's a walking zone. It's about 5 minutes walk. But other than that, it's the best stay in Rome. Me and my husband were very happy with our stay. Danny gave us the room with the balcony. Plus it is few minutes walk to Spanish Steps and local restaurants. I really recommend this hotel. Very happy with my stay.

Place was immaculate when I walked in lobby hotel room etc… only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the spa bathroom and gym were the only snafus I ran into Bathroom was not up to standard smelled awful and wasn’t clean. A the gym needs to have someone monitoring it at all times it was way to unruly for such a small space. Other than that you will have great service of your willing to spend a lot of money.
