I asked them to turn it on, but they didn't; I went to the front desk at 10:00 PM, 11:30 PM, and 1:00 AM. They only turned it on at that last visit, by which point I had already lost my sleep because the room was like an oven. This was my first and last time at this hotel."

"Hotel Ripa was a great place to stay with an especially helpful staff always on duty, and in a relatively good location for restaurants. Perhaps less so for general shopping. Great breakfast choices, very fresh, continually replaced selections of eggs & pancetta, breads, yogurt, and fruit. Go early to avoid the breakfast crowds, at least if you're there on a weekend or heavy tourist season."

"Superbly maintained property. Vladimir and Giulia were so helpful in providing info and directions to public transport to the Colosseum. Vladimir made check-in easy and welcoming. Clean rooms and public areas. Vladimir arranged for a taxi to the airport which was competitive with ride-shares. Taxi from Piazza Navona back to hotel was about €20. The property is in a quiet area but not too dar from the main attractions. Highly recommended!"
