La Habitación pague un upgrade a una suite muy espaciosa y cómoda. Recomiendo el hotel para descansar, relajarse, hacerse masajes y disfrutar del bello paisaje que lo rodea."

"I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and I have never experienced such rudeness from a staff member. Our flight was cancelled, which caused us to lose a night in Italy. We caught the next available flight and then had a five-hour drive to the hotel. Unfortunately, check-in closed at 7 PM and we arrived at 7:30 PM. While I completely understand we were late, the hostile and unwelcoming way we were treated was totally unacceptable. Instead of even a hint of empathy, we were met with unnecessary attitude. With so many gorgeous hotels nearby, I would strongly suggest staying elsewhere. This place is absolutely not worth the stress."

"The property is excellent. Very clean, spacious, good beds and bathroom. The location is in one way superb, close to all the things a visitor to Merano is eager to see. On the other hand, the plaza nearby was sometimes noisy beyond our bedtime. All in all, though, this property is a good choice. Silke was very responsive to our questions. "

"Windsor Hotel in Meran was a fairly recently renovated hotel in an attractive older building. Along the promenade on the Passer River it’s very close to the Old Town and the thermal springs. Nice staff and pleasant rooms. "
