Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."

"I just returned from 2 weeks in Northern Italy and Merano was my first stop. We stayed for 3 nights. We are a family of 4 and selected Kuntino because of its location (in the center of the city) and the size of the space. We loved everything about this place even though it wasn't a traditional hotel experience. These are beautiful, modern apartments owned by a wonderful family. "A lovely property in a lovely tiny community with a centuries old church in its front yard. The hotel building is a beautiful mix of Scandinavian design with boho mountain elements of plants, books, local artifacts, etc. The staff is delightful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was a multi course meal served at the table smoothie, cereal, egg dish, waffles, coffee and dessert, in addition to self service of cheeses, meats breads, fruit, nuts, ets.
