This is one of two spacious ground floor units with sweeping views, overlooking the beautiful Evans River. Both units have been fully renovated and have a lovely fresh, clean feel about them. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing break where you can see the river from the front door then this would be very suitable. It would be ideal for a small family with plenty of room to pay in the yard, a retired couple or someone just wanting a great getaway. When looking at the property from the road, this is the ground floor unit on the left.

Excellent location, comfortable enough for two & with a little more care would be a 100%!! Has a number of light bulbs blown and a cover missing of the second bedroom, the toilet needs attention and the lounge was most uncomfortable...

A lovely unit with a great view of river. A nice meeting with owner of property. Had some bad weather but great over all

The unit was generally clean and well appointed . The stove top works but the oven is ruined I would say , due to extreme heat , probably because the oven was heated with the oven tray sitting on the bottom of the oven . It is not pleasant to use the oven and very hard to guess the temp . The queen mattress needs replacing or cleaning . The pillows need replacing. From memory there are no less than four rusty old fans in the wardrobes .
