Motel With Many Problems

Amy, the desk clerk, was very helpful in assisting me to find a very good restaurant for dinner and she gave us a room for handicap, as my wife has a leg problem and has trouble walking. The breakfast, however, was a disaster. There was no coffee available and no food whatsoever. There was not even anyone in the food area. Also, when we checked out, there was no one at the front desk. It was deserted.

Friendly people nice accommodations

The hotel and staff were were very nice. Not enough staff the people they did have were very friendly. And helpful. Needed more towels in the room only had two full size towels. Women need at least two each. They did deliver the towels. The pool was nice clean. Again with staff they did have was terrific. They accommodated us the best they could.

The bedroom was clean, however, the air wasn't working in my room and when I tried to call downstairs, it just rang. There was no body wash or shampoo in the shower containers, so I used the bar soap provided. However, it was clean and the staff were friendly.

For the price it was ok

They didn’t have our reservation which was paid for, hotels.com took care of it…. The hotel could use a good cleaning… beds, linen, pillows were clean and comfortable. Price was good, close to a good restaurant.

Kinda disappointed

Front desk staff was super nice. Property is a little run down and ALOT of riff raff. People in the lobby drinking, people outside front door drinking. Pool was down due to pump issues which is why we even syayed here in the first place.

The staff were very accomidating and helped us with the things we needed. Supplies were limited of what they had but they made due of it. The evening staff made sure I had fresh coffee and was very compassionate. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staffing is also limited but I dont feel its their fault they are run to death between both hotels . Very sad,in my opinion. Overall it was a good stay .

Nice Hotel but ….,,

Greeted by a very friendly woman who was cordial and helpful. The initial appearance of the room overall good. The bathroom vanity lower portion needed to be wiped down. Now we come to breakfast. Was told checking in it would be available at 6:00 am. This was going to be great so I could get back on the road. Went to eat at 6:15 and it was not set up and ready to go and it looked like it was going to be very very basic. I decided not to wait and get on the road. Too bad I usually look forward to breakfast.

Decent hotel

This hotel was very convenient to the event we were attending. We were disappointed that the prices were jacked up for this though. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine - not fancy but clean, quiet and very comfortable. Pool area was just ok, but we still swam and enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast the next day was not prepped well. When we arrived before 8, there were no coffee cups, coffee was empty, yogurt was warm as if kept unrefrigerated and there was not a lot to choose from. Because of that, most were trying to make a waffle on the single waffle iron! Even though this location was excellent, we will try to find another hotel that offers a better rate next year.

Stayed Sat. 8 Jun - 09 Jun. First, the hotel is ok. Its a budget hotel so I wasn't expecting a five star stay. Also, the evening staff was absolutely top notch, no complaints there. The Sunday morning staff however, different story. The breakfast bar was beyond dirty. Food containers were empty. NO EFFORT was given to the breakfast bar at all. The only food put out was fruit loops and frosted flakes. When I raised some hell to the front desk, who was still in his pajamas and deeply involved in his phone, he stumblingly went to the faux kitchen and brought out bagels that were still FROZEN. The coffee bar was dirty, again no effort put into cleaning or ensuring the coffee was hot and fresh. The sad but fortunate thing is there is a McDonalds right across the street. If you are staying here to save money on breakfast- don't. Get a better hotel if you want breakfast or coffee that wasn't made the day prior.

Sign says to call Quality Inn across the street to check in. Stood for a while because person checking in could not figure out system. Thank goodness call to manager helped even though she used a disability slur. No pool no breakfast no coffee. Signs say to use Quality Inn across the street. Empty lobby. Would not feel safe at all if traveling alone. Time to close this hotel and fix it.

Stay somewhere else!!!

No staff in building from 4pm until check out. It took a long time to check in, had to walk to Quality Inn to find anyone since both buildings are own by the same company. The back doors were left open, no key needed. Trash and dirty laundry in hallway. The pool was very dirty. This looks like a new building online but really just a new paint job. 2nd and 3rd floors currently under construction. Breakfast was a joke.

When we arrived there was a note on the front counter to go to the hotel next door to check in stating a family emergency, ice machine was broke the pool was down for maintenance it said when we walked in our room and went in bathroom the floor had not been swept there was hair everywhere even in the tub the sink had tooth paste still in the sink from the last occupant the bed was comfy I can give them that we had to go to the hotel next door to get breakfast and on the day we checked out we had to go next door to do that the whole Tim we was there nobody was ever at our hotel to help

This property is not taken care of at all. Carpets are dirty, curtains are torn, air conditioner was super noisy. Staff at front desk are slow and confused. Breakfast area not well taken care of as far as food, napkins, etc. Woukd Not recommend thus at all.
