"The property was nice but a little dated. Very laid back, no one in a rush to do anything or go anywhere. We had the 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and wonderful for travelling with older kids. Balcony was huge. Kitchen fully stocked. Anything we needed we simply texted the front desk and it was brought rather quickly. I thought it was expensive but worth it to be able to cook your own meals as most restaurants were overpriced with mediocre food. To be honest it looked like hotel was once a motel, opal came in and tried to fancy it up and improve things but it wasn't the 4 star experience it was trying to be. What I did like was the abundance of towels and lounge chairs. No need to race down to grab a spot. Kids loved snorkeling in the beach. "

"The rooms were not very clean. In fact, they had a very moldy smell and was not cleaned very well. This property is more on line with a motel and the description was not accurate at all. I would never choose to stay at this property again. Well the staff was friendly, where you sleep is of utmost importance and this place failed. Breakfast was continental bread and cereal. Expedia, should do a better job with making sure property and description match. Needless to say, i was extremely disappointed "
