"The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, the room and hotel were spotless. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. We had a club room on the 19th floor and the lounge staff and experience for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening truly made our stay very comfortable. The location in Zhongshan was perfect for dept store shopping as well as shopping along the quaint lanes of Chi Feng St and Zhongshan Road."

"The whole hotel felt new, modern and calm. The room was well appointed with clever use of space. The bedding is soft and comfortable by international standards, it is probably not comfortable by Taiwanese standards (the typical Taiwanese minsu bedding that the Taiwanese prefer is actually quite hard). The MRT station entrance 4 with escalator is maybe 20 meters from the hotel's property line which is fantastic. Fuhang that crazy famous soy milk stall is also there, worth a visit, and because it's so near you can takeaway the foodand walk back to the comfort of your hotel room without any degradation of food quality (tip:the hotel is located close to the end of the queue for one to just join the line, however, I advise that one should probably walk the whole length of the queue before you actually to decide to join the queue) There are some nice food stalls in the area too. The area is near the government offices district and is quiet on the weekends, not much shopping within 400metres walk. "

"Rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff are very nice and courteous, they assisted with any questions we had. They open the door as you enter and exit, the free two water bottles and canned sodas are replenished daily into the small fridge. The sheets/towels are changed everyday if you place the placard. The train station is like 40 steps away or 1 minute, perfect to travel to other places or events. The night market is jammed with different types of shops/food. Whenever I come back to Taiwan, this is my go to hotel. "
