Location is good regarding access to the city with public transport. The room was very small, but the bed was fine. The hotel needs a good bit of work in general in regards to repairs/upgrades. Fair for what you pay versus similar in the city, so fine once you’re not expecting too much and just using the room for the basics. Staff were friendly.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,360 reviews)
Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

"Very good location and very helpful reception staff and very good chambermaids. Breakfast poor , and doesn’t meet my expectations. Also, the car park is closed as a disabled person, I have to go down the ramp to get a taxi. I have asked the security guard to help me with my luggage and to go down ..."
