Evora Monte Castle

Very decent hotel, no issues , relaxing atmosphere, bar was great , breakfast is decent and overall a very convenient stay at this at price point. There is no limit to what one wants, but if you’re a satisfied person who does not expect much .. this is a very good property, plumbing in shower was a problem on the first day and was corrected immidiately.. I think hotel is a good value for your money… not the best ideal neighbourhood in terms of where attractions are but uber and bolt are very reasonable to get anywhere and subway is walking distance…

Eurostars Universal Lisboa Hotel (Parque das Nacoes) was one of the best hotel experiences in my travel history. What made it exceptionally special was the awesome staff! As I entered the doors I immediately received a warm-welcome, and this carried on through to the onsite restaurant (best salmon ever!), to the pool bar, right down to the smiley housekeeping staff. EVERYONE was top-notch and provided the best that hospitality can provide. To say that they understood the assignment is an understatement. I have to give a SPECIAL shout-outs to Daniel in the on-site restaurant and Andre at the Pool Bar. BIG hearts!! I was traveling solo, so my room was very quaint, clean and extremely comfortable with a nice view of the Tagus River. I highly recommend this hotel for those who prefer not to be in the center of the hustle and bustle of the city center. It's a great area for walking alongside the ocean, renting an electric cycle, shopping at the Vasco da Gama Mall, trying your luck at the Casino Lisboa and visiting the Oceanarium.
