"Honestly my wife and I were exhausted but we arranged a pickup at the airport. When we arrived The Porter brought our bags down the mountain for us and Niko at the front desk took very good care of us. The breakfast was wonderful and they even left a little surprise snack when we checked out. Thank you to their entire staff for making our short visit memorable."

"What a fantastic start to our island-hopping holiday. We spent two nights relaxing here after our flight and it ticked every box. The resort is beautiful and immaculately clean. We stayed in a Signature Villa which was well designed and spacious with a private pool which was just perfect. The staff were more than helpful and immediately attentive to our every need. Big shout out to Sandesh who looked after us so well in the bar and restaurant. He had just the right balance between friendly and professional, as had his wife and brother who are also on the exceptional team of staff. The food and breakfast and dinner was very good, as were the cocktails. All in all a ten out of ten stay that we would not hesitate to recommend."

"The hotel had the look of a 5 star but felt like a 3 star. 1. For a 5 star hotel and the amount paid, I was shocked to find out that bottled water wasn't even complimentary - I've stayed in many hotels (3* - 5*) and bottled water has always been complimentary. 2. Again, for a 5 star hotel, there was no iron available in the room. Had to make a call and use a shared one. 3. We were 2 guests in one room yet the amenities were for 1 guest only. Again, never come across this in any other hotel I've stayed at over the years. 4. They don't put out UHT milk in the rooms, only coffee creamer. Had to ask the bar for milk, was an inconvenience. 5."

"Great breakfasts and fabulous dinners with dramatic sunset views. Costas is an amazing server at breakfast and gave us great tips on where to go. The pool was only 23 C so a bit cold."

"The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The room was kinda small, but it got the job done and was clean and well maintained. There is a pool too that I didn't get to use but looked nice and clean. Wifi worked well. From the main road it's a little bit downhill thru an uneven street. So, that could be something to keep in mind."

"Great stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well positioned just outside the main shopping area. Food very good. Big queues for the coffee machines the only negative I can report. Spectacular resort with amazing staff in a beautiful location…."
