We stay on Balboa a couple of times a year every year and this is our favorite spot.PROS: - the location right on the boardwalk between the 2 piers- the unobstructed view of the ocean from the upstairs kitchen and living room- the parking, a spot in the garage and another in front of the garage- walkable to both piers, multiple coffee shops, restaurants, and surf shops- the property is very clean and everything is fully functional- new A/C works great in every room- the host, Chris, has excellent communication and is always helpfulCONS- if you want new and remodeled, the decor wil disappoint you"
