"The townhouse is modern and comfortable but the appointments are a bit spartan, which meant we ended up, all things considered, slightly disappointed with our overall stay."

"What an amazing experience! The house was clean, with brand new furniture and appliances, very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a couple looking for a romantic place to start the new year! Karen and Greg were waiting for us with lots of information, lollies, cake, milk, bread, juice…and carrots for us to feed the lovely horse. This is a 6-star experience we will never forget! "After staying at de Russie I would never stay anywhere else in Orange. Our room was much larger and well appointed than expected and the bed was extremely comfy. I have never slept so well at a hotel. The reception area was beautiful, and the provided breakfast is so thoughtfully and tastefully done. I would normally go out for breakfast but there was no need with all the options provided daily in the room. The attention to detail and the level of customer service made for an exceptional stay. The owners and staff should be very proud."
