This was such a neat experience! Breakfast being included was awesome. Great setup for a big group as there was a middle area to meet up. Views are spectacular. Only complaint was initially accessing the building. But once we were setup, it was great.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
I checked 5 stars for most of the main questions for this survey but in the end, the whole experience was just "OK". The room arrangement and furniture style was not efficient and walking through the room requires a bit of maneuvering. The lighting controls were confusing and the bedside light switch was hard to reach. All the bedroom power sockets are very close to the floor.
I am a big person and I found the chairs extremely small and low to the floor, making them very uncomfortable. The bed seemed like it had a supporting bar running the length of the mattress in the middle - I felt as if I was rolling over a hump left or right all night.
That said, the staff was very helpful and kind. The location is great for the tourist area. And everything was very clean.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (660 reviews)
"This was a great location for several of our day excursions. Breakfast was included which always makes the day easier. Enjoyed dinner downstairs in the "food court". Has a sort of hostel feel by the food court which I loved. Lots of couches to relax on, good music. Hotel room itself was small and ..."
