"This was my first Stay-Cation at this hotel and I found the accommodation was Excellent, room was acceptable as shown on their site, staff was amazing very professional and my check in was smooth and timely, Excellent hotel would recommend to family and friends."

"Staff were excellent. The phone in the room wasn’t working and the staff had it fixed within 20 minutes. I was a little disappointed that the room did not have a mini fridge but a chiller. The dusit app did mention the room would have a mini fridge. The room could use a touch up. A section of the wall paper was peeling. One of the window panels was stuck so I couldn’t open it. The buttons for the window shade would fall off whenever I touched it. There was a random part of the shower that was just left in the shower. The room was really nice. The bed was comfy."
