Like the property, like the staff, but on no less than 4 occasions reported the fact the TV in my room wasn't working and asked for something to be done. It wasn't- very frustrating as I needed to watch things for work reasons. REally annoying

Really enjoyable stay, made even better by the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were very clean with housekeeping attending to the room everyday. The location is ideal for Manchester Picadilly, for the Arndale shopping centre and for the Northern Quarter. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The room was a good size, the view from the window was nice. Unfortunately the TV wouldn't work, asked if they had bathroom kits, with a disposable toothbrush or toothpaste and they didn't, thankfully co-op was across the road. Asked for a dressing gown or slippers which on the website they said they have but they didn't, no wash clothes, they were out of everything! Such an unfortunate stay with IHG. I paid for a bed and a shower, the amenities were non-existent.
