Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Only one elevator working during our stay, the hotel has 12 floors so this meant having to use the stairs to avoid a 30 min wait to get to our room. Fault in the fire alarm meant we were woken at 6am only to be told it was a false alarm. The hotel is in a great location but I would think twice about staying here again.

Most disappointing of all was that the stay was to celebrate my 60th birthday and despite informing the hotel of this on booking, no acknowledgement of this at all. Yes, it was very noisy as a Saturday night and also Pride. Did not bother us as could not hear any noise once balcony doors shut
