"Breakfast options were very limited. There were bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal and yogurt. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. They have one elevator and it was extremely slow. The service desk was fine and the beds were comfortable. There was water dripping from a light in the main lobby. They did just recently renovate and paint. "

"Expensive for what you received. For a hotel it should have been better. We had water on the floor from a leaking nozzle, bathroom had not been swept. Microwave was broken. AC unit broken but worked. It was 62 in the room when we arrived. WiFi said I reached limit when I hasn’t used it yet. However, despite all of this front desk was great. She offered to move us. My mom w dementia was already settled. She did provide extra towels at my request. She was very helpful w the WiFi as well."
