"Carpet in room was dirty, had a sticky spot on the carpet. Tables in restaurant were in terrible shape, paint peeling off, one area there were reminiscent of food not totally cleaned up. Food was very good."

"The toilet kept running off and on randomly and took forever to fill. Breakfast was basic. Coffee was good. Bed comfortable everything clean"

"This is probably the best spot we've found in WV.. anyone who frequenyly vacates to WV to ride the trails has probably realised it's hit or miss on places to lay your head & most of the vrbo's close to the trail heads have decieving descriptions compared to what you walk into upon arrival.. this place was the exception to the rule.. very nice, VERY clean, very comfortable and alot bigger in person than pictured.
