"Rooms were clean however the bathroom were outdated."

"Room was very clean, staff were nice and friendly. Parking was a little limited, but it was busy that weekend. Great distance to Va Tech Campus. Breakfast was not great as there were limited options due to a few machines not working and coffee was like water. Overall great experience "

"Booking was messed up, Took an hour to get it straight, second day room keys did not work and saw others having the same problem. Room was not cleaned and had to go to front for towels. At breakfast a lady asked for more bacon at 9:30 and they told her they stopped cooking it at 9:30. Then, why does breakfast end at 10:00? The night I had to make 2 trips downstairs. Both time a sign was at the desk saying they had stepped away. A waited about 15 minutes and so did a gentlemen trying to check in. Not the best stay. A lot going on. "

"Newly remodeled wing that looks like a new addition to the existing property is very nice. The person checking us in was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and shower was fantastic. Highly recommend."

"Could not have asked for a lovelier weekend in Dugspur. This was our first time staying in a yurt and we were absolutely blown away. The property on the creek is beautiful (and was perfect for our dogs to safely romp around), and the yurt itself was immaculately clean and had everything you could need. If you enjoy wineries, we recommend checking out Chateau Morrisette and Villa Appalaccia Winery in nearby Floyd, Virginia. Huge thanks to our amazing host, Jodee, for making our stay so wonderful and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back."

"We stayed here one night while visiting the historic downtown. The hotel is easily accessed, conveniently located to stores, grocery, restaurants, etc. It was super quiet and comfy. Room and Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was great. Every staff member we met was friendly and asked if we needed anything. We'll be back! "
