"The hotel is located on the cliff and right near a beach which was good for a swim. It was about a 10min walk to the town centre and harbour. The room was good and breakfast was very nice. The staff were also quite helpful."

"Lovely hotel , traditional style which we like but with clean and modern furnishings. Lift was out of order which was unfortunate as I have a knee injury! Nobody’s fault, apparently part is on order and should be fixed soon. No baked beans with cooked breakfast to my husbands disappointment! Complimentary bottle of fizz for our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch, thank you. Staff friendly and attentive."

"This was one of the most unusual properties we’ve ever stayed in - and we loved how large and cozy it was! I’ve never seen a master bedroom like this in my life - it was so nice to see the history preserved along with the remodeling done. Oh, and views out of the windows? 10 out of 10!"
