"My room was delightful clean quiet restful! The staff was polite and Customer Service orientated. I accidentally left my necklace behind that my mother got me very sentimental before she passed away two years ago. I got a hold of the front desk, Bianca she was very helpful and I hope to receive my necklace back soon. Paula room 125 on Tuesday 25th 2026 Thank you, I’m looking forward to my next stay!"

"Upon arrival I asked about a room we stayed in previously and Rob (front desk) checked and arranged to get us into that wonderful room. Thanks, Rob. Poste Montane is clean, conveniently located right in the center of it all. The wonderful breakfast and use of Park Hyatt pool and facilities all added to the experience. You feel like you are somewhere in Europe but without the jet lag!! wonderful stay in an incredible place."
