"This is a great spot. The location is super convenient to downtown and we loved being able to walk everywhere. Having parking was also a plus. The condo is adorable and was perfect for our group of 5. Would definitely recommend!"

"Great location for a summer stay. We could walk to downtown. The balcony is nice, as are the big windows, only available on the top floor of this condo complex. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit, so be sure to make alternate plans if you have more than one."

"Due to some construction in the area, these amazing hosts made sure our stay was all we could hope for and more. We had to change houses as the home we were to stay was in the middle of the construction area (noise and dust abounded). The relocation was so appreciated and it was a beautiful home. Summit Mountain Rentals knows how to take care of their guests and pivot when needed. Thank you so much for making our stay so fantastic. Love Breckenridge! It is such a walkable town. Free buses throughout insures no one has to drive (er um , drink and drive) and everyone gets a break! Be sure to take the free gondola up to Peak 7 and Peak 8 (two different stops) and catch lunch, dinner or just a drink and enjoy the views!!"

"Great place and location. One suggestion- leave more than two wash clothes. Had plenty of other towels. Really a great place and would stay again. "
