"This unit was great for for our 6 week stay in the summer in Keystone. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathrooms are great with basic soaps and hair dryer provided. Humidifiers were available in every bedroom. Towels and sheets were nice and plentiful. Great host communication, onsite management and remote property management were available as needed. Workout room is ok and has what you need, we did not use the pool / hot tub area but they are there. There is an onsite breakfast restaurant and I can recommend the coffee shop / brewery. Don't bother with the convenience store if you don't have to, eggs were 10.50 a dozen. You can easily walk to River Run for festivals and all the shops and restaurants there, as well as the gondola. You are right on the Rec Path for biking. You are right at the base of Loveland pass, so Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge are all a short drive. Location was perfect for us. We had only one issue that would only affect a summer visit when you are enjoying the fresh air. The neighbor below was frequently smoking on the patio throughout the day and occasionally there was noise past quiet hours. This may not have happened before, but it occurred throughout our visit.I would stay again if that problem can be addressed, and it's probably not an issue anyway for winter guests."

Spacious Mountain Retreat with Private Balcony Offering Slope and River Views

"Overall the place was great! BUT the directions to get to the unit from the garage, especially in the dark after a long flight and drive with kids and luggage were incredibly difficult. The place was immaculate and as a housekeeper myself I could not believe everything that was included. There is likely not a single thing you could need in that kitchen that isn’t there. Biggest downside is no a/c. Only 1 ceiling fan. And every night my family was sweating. The beds were all extremely comfy and clean. But I kept getting woke up every morning around 6 to the sounds of banging, people going up and down stairs (which is odd since this is an upper floor unit) and found it impossible to sleep in any on a vacation. The very last night, the neighbors next to us decided to grill out and partake in extra curricular activities on the patio, which would have been fine during the day, but because of the heat we had to leave every window and the patio door open, which had our whole unit filled with the smell and my kids up till 1 am, on our last night. Overall great place yes. Just a few things to consider."

Keystone Condo Close to Mountain House Base Area w/ Shared Pool & Hot Tub!

"For our summer mountain vacation, this condo was an excellent choice. The condo was in a great location, there was plenty of room for the four of us, and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The description of the bed configuration should be clearer. One bedroom on the main floor has a queen-sized bed, a pull-out couch, and a bathroom. The pull-out couch may be appropriate for a child, but it is not comfortable for an adult. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen-sized bunk bed. Although the beds are fairly comfortable, every time the person on the top bunk moves, it can be felt in the bottom bunk. The hall bathroom is close to this bedroom. The third bedroom is an ensuite in the loft and has a queen-sized bed and another pull-out couch. Once again, I would not recommend the pull-out couch for an adult. The person(s) who sleep in the loft need to be heavy sleepers or the first to rise in the morning. Because it is open, it is not insulated from sounds in the main living area. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodations."
